He is a practicing Chartered Accountant with CISA (USA) with more than two and a half decades of experience in housing sector. He is considered to be an authority in co-operative housing society related laws, RERA, stamp duty, registration, and deemed conveyance He is also the Chairman of Maharashtra Societies Welfare Association (MSWA) and Edits MSWA Housing Societies Review having circulation of 35,000 copies with readership over 1.50 Lacs across Maharashtra.
Executive Director & CFO
He is a Chartered Accountant with over 7 Years of Experience in the fields of Audit & Taxation and has established credibility in spearheading the entire management activities and achieved portfolio growth in the affordable housing segment.
He has spearheaded strategic initiatives include building an experienced team of housing finance professionals, network expansion, business process re-engineering and implementing Technology within the organization.
Independent Director
He was a former Chief General Manager of NABARD & Reserve Bank of India and is a qualified Civil Engineer. During his professional journey of over four decades he has served in the Karnataka State Public Works Department, Karnataka State Irrigation Department, and Military Engineer Services under the Ministry of Defense, Govt. of India and Reserve Bank of India, National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development.
Credit & Risk
Mr. Nitin Parab is working with SHFC in the capacity as a Credit – AVP since March 2021. He has a rich experience of nearly 2 decades in Retail and Wholesale Credit Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management, implementation of risk framework, Operations Risk Management, Fraud Risk Management, Team Management in Retail Assets – Secured Home Loan, LAP, Commercial Property Purchase.
He has previously been associated with IDBI Bank Limited, Reliance Capital, Hinduja Leyland Finance and Motilal Oswal Home Finance Company Limited.
Operations
Mr. Prashant Shinde is associated with SHFC since April 2020. He has an experience of 18 Years in the field of Insurance and Housing Finance. He spearheads the operations department which begins from the loan sanctioning up to the disbursement of the loan.
He has previously been associated with PNB Housing Finance, JM Financial Home Loans and and Motilal Oswal Home Finance Company Limited.
Business Development
He is associated with the Swagat Housing Finance Company Limited since last 3.5 years and is having nearly a decade experience in business development of retail loans under the affordable housing segment.
He has previously worked with DHFL, Motilal Oswal Home Finance and JM Financial Home Loan.
Collections
He is associated with Swagat Housing Finance Company Limited for the last 6 years and currently manages the entire collection for the loan accounts. His role includes driving ad ensuring the collections for the managed portfolio derived from co-lending and debt assignments. He is responsible to Co-ordinate with the Legal team on cases which are delinquent in nature and require legal action to proceed.
